Pizza is not just a pleasure: in Naples it is a matter of identity.
If you too have made 'good taste' your philosophy of life, then all you have to do is explore the city in a vintage Fiat 500. This tour (or rather, your private chauffeur) will take you along an itinerary to discover monumental squares , lively neighbourhoods , but above all culinary specialities that tell the stories, scents and secrets of the most genuine Neapolitan cuisine .
A4½-hour experience that will steal into your heart (and fill your belly)!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the meeting point of your choice that you will communicate to the organiser in Naples (NA). Awaiting you will be your guide and driver, who will accompany you to discover the most authentic and tasty side of the city!
You will climb aboard a carefully restored vintage Fiat 500 and be ready to set off. You will follow an itinerary from the seafront to the historic centre, passing through the Quartieri Spagnoli and the Vomero hill, the city's landmarks.
Along the way, there will be several culinary stops at the city's best kitchens and workshops, where you will learn from chefs and pizza makers the secret of the perfect pizza, which you will try to prepare and bake during a real lesson.
You will also visit the ancient Neapolitan chocolate factory where you will taste 'naked' chocolates. Finally, to make sure you don't miss anything, you will taste the characteristic fried 'cuoppo'!
The tour will end with a return to the return point of your choice. The activity will last a total of 4½ hours.

The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Children under the age of 18 may participate accompanied by an adult.
The organiser has 2 vintage Fiat 500s available, each accommodating up to 3 passengers. The tour can therefore take place in private groups of up to 6 people in 2 cars.

The meeting point can be reached by public transport, but pick-up and drop-off services are always included: contact the organiser at the contact details given in the confirmation email to book a free pick-up at the desired address.
Tastings include: pizza, fried 'cuoppo', buffalo mozzarella, smoked provoletta, Neapolitan ham and salami, glass of Campania DOC wine, ice cream, naked chocolates, sfogliatella/babà and Neapolitan espresso coffee.
Attention! The chocolate factory is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Entrance to the factory is limited to the sales area on Friday afternoon.
