Do you want to fully appreciate the Oltrepò Pavese? Then tasting the typical food of the area is essential!
With this experience in the province of Pavia you can take part in a lunch or dinner with wine pairing and taste all the typical foods of the Pavia and Piacenza areas.
3 menus available: choose your favourite and get ready for a journey through flavours!
What we will do
The appointment is at the restaurant in Codevilla (PV), where the organisers will be waiting for us.
After seating us at our table, we will set off on a sensory journey to discover the flavours of the territory, tasting the dishes on the menu that we will have selected when booking, all typical of the Oltrepò Pavese and Piacentino areas. Each dish, including pasta, will be prepared on site and accompanied by the wine we choose (1 bottle for the entire meal or a goblet for each course) .
We may opt for:
- Menu 1: starter with 3 typical cured meats, accompanied by gorgonzola, fontina and grana cheese + 1 first course to choose from 3 proposals of the day + sorbet
- Menu 2: starter with 5 typical cold cuts + 1 first course + roast veal with potatoes + dessert
- Menu 3: starter with 5 typical cold cuts + 2 first courses + 1 second course + gorgonzola, grana cheese and grapes + sorbet
The activity will have an approximate total duration of 2 hours.

The experience is available all year round, except on Monday and Tuesday evenings, and will be confirmed when a minimum of 2 participants are reached.
Please note: when booking, you will be able to select the menu you prefer. Each selected menu corresponds to one participant. Each participant can select a different menu. A table will be reserved for each reservation.
If you have food allergies and/or intolerances, please contact the organiser at least 2 days in advance at the contact details you will receive after the booking confirmation to inform them.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport; free private parking is available on site.
Dogs are allowed. Report the presence of your four-legged friends to the organiser using the contact details on your booking confirmation e-mail. This way, they will be able to reserve a quieter table for you.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is strict. You get a full refund if you cancel within 15 days from the activity start date. Within 14 and 8 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
