Are you familiar with the Japanese tradition of Shinrin-yoku?
It is a sensory experience immersed in nature, which allows you to achieve a deep state of relaxation. And that is exactly what awaits you when you take part in our Forest Bathing experience in the province of Trento.
You’ll go for a walk, practise meditation exercises and rediscover yourself!
What we will do
Please arrive 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Fai della Paganella (TN). Once there, we’ll meet the guide who’ll be accompanying us on this adventure!
Once all participants have gathered and following an initial introduction, we’ll head into a beautiful woodland setting. We’ll walk and practise breathing and meditation exercises, in keeping with the Japanese tradition of Shinrin-yoku. In doing so, we’ll engage our five senses, absorb the therapeutic benefits of the woodland and rediscover our connection with nature and with ourselves.
Finally, we’ll return to the meeting point. The experience lasts approximately 2 hours in total.

Part of the experience may involve walking barefoot, at the discretion of the guide and the participants.
Dogs are not permitted.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
