There are wines you won’t find on supermarket shelves, crafted from ancient and rare grape varieties that require time, patience and a touch of Brescian pride to be poured into a glass.
Join us for this Franciacorta Riserva and Metodo Classico tasting at Corte Franca: a two-hour experience exploring ‘Rare Grapes’, dedicated to lovers of the most sought-after and distinctive blends!
What we will do
The event will take place at the time selected when booking, at the Il Dosso winery in Corte Franca (BS). The tour will begin with a visit to the winery lasting around 30 minutes, during which we will learn about the winery’s history and all the stages of Franciacorta production.
Afterwards, we will take our seats at the table – which, during the summer months, will be set up outdoors – to begin the guided tasting.
We will taste exclusive wines, specifically four Metodo Classico wines, including three special selections and one fine Franciacorta Riserva, all crafted using the region’s rarest and most distinctive grapes, such as Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc and Erbamat.
To accompany the wines, we will be served water, handmade taralli, shavings of cheese and local salami sourced from local farms.
The event will conclude after a total of two hours.
Who it is aimed at
The wine tasting is for adults only. Minors and adults who are not taking part in the wine tasting may attend as accompanying guests by booking the relevant ticket, which includes water and a portion of taralli.
The venue is wheelchair accessible, with the exception of the wine cellar.
Other information
The activity is available all year round, every day (except 25 December, 26 December and 1 January) and is confirmed subject to a minimum of two participants.
Options are available for people with food allergies or intolerances, provided these are notified in advance (you will receive the guide’s contact details by email with your booking confirmation) .
Dogs are allowed during the tasting, but are not permitted inside the winery.
The venue has free outdoor parking and is accessible by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
