Full description
Have fun and unleash your energy on the best off-piste skiing and snowboarding routes from Alagna Valsesia that straddle no less than three ski resorts, Alagna, Gressoney and Champoluc: a true paradise for freeride enthusiasts.
Accompanied by an Alpine Guide, you will have awhole day to ski in fresh snow. Kilometres and kilometres of descents and many metres of altitude difference await you.
If you love the mountains and want to get your adrenaline pumping, this is the right activity for you!
What we will do
The meeting with the mountain guide will take place at 7:30 am in Alagna Valsesia, in the province of Vercelli. First, there will be a briefing on the correct use of safety equipment (probe, shovel and artva, provided free of charge by the guide) and then we will take the ski lift up to Passo dei Salati (2,900 m).
After a short trial descent, we will begin with the first freeride route: from Punta Hindred to Alagna, passing through the Balma valley. From Alagna, we will then ascend in altitude to descend through the splendid Canale delle Aquile (Eagles Channel), embedded between granite rock walls, which leads to Gressoney.
Remaining on the Gressoney side, we will continue with the Bocchetta route and then, after ascending with the lifts to the Passo dei Salati, we will stop at a mountain hut for lunch.
The day will end with the final descent from the Canale d'Olen to Alagna, for a total of about 7 hours on the snow, including off-piste routes, ascents and short breaks to admire the magnificent landscapes of the Alps and Monte Rosa.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is at an intermediate/advanced level and is aimed at skiers and snowboarders who have good technical skills and previous experience in off-piste skiing. You can participate from aminimum age of 14 years.

This activity can be carried out from December to March, subject to weather conditions and guide availability.
The freeride tour is reserved for private groups of a maximum of 8 participants.
