Discover the most beautiful corners of the Maritime Alps with afull day of freeridingin the Mondolè area, in the company of an Alpine Guide.
Skis or snowboard on your feet, get ready for an overwhelming experience in contact with the uncontaminated nature of the mountains and the fresh snow of the most exciting off-piste itineraries.
Straddling Piedmont and Liguria, the Mondolè area will surprise you with its excellent snow conditions, due to its proximity to the sea. Aren't you curious to discover them?
What we will do
The meeting point for the activity is set at 8:00 am at the ticket office in Artesina, one of the three ski resorts in the Mondolè area, in the province of Cuneo.
Once the group is formed, the Alpine Guide will give a briefing on the route and the use of the safety kit (probe, shovel and artva, included in the participation fee and compulsory for every off-piste excursion).
This will be followed by a short downhill run during which the guide will check our level and, if necessary, can give us tips and technical suggestions to improve our skiing in view of the day ahead.
After that, we will begin to explore the various freeride possibilities at Mondolè, including breathtaking descents and suggestive itineraries that the guide will select according to the snowpack conditions and our level.
During the day, we will be able to wander around all three ski resorts in the area (Artesina, Frabosa and Prato Nevoso), and for lunch we can stop at a mountain hut to recover our energy!
We will be back in Artesina around 4pm, after about 6.5 hours of pure freeriding!
Who it is aimed at
This activity is at an intermediate/advanced level and is aimed at skiers and snowboarders who are able to master red slopes. Participation is possible from the age of 14 and up.

Attention! Please arrive at the meeting point approximately 15 minutes in advance.
This activity can be carried out from December to April, depending on snow and weather conditions, and is intended for pre-constituted groups of up to 6 participants.
Personal technical equipment, ski pass and lunch are not included in the participation fee. A break in a mountain hut is provided for lunch.
