Full description
Have fun speeding down the best tracks of Passo del Tonale with afull day of freeriding. On the border between Lombardy and Trentino-Alto Adige, Passo del Tonale is definitely the best destination in all of western Trentino to practice this exciting sport.
Here you can learn freeride techniques together with an Alpine Guide and enjoy the thrills of an off-piste descent in the middle of the woods and along immaculate slopes.
What are you waiting for? Immerse yourself in the unspoilt nature of the mountains and spend a day of pure adrenaline!
What we will do
The meeting point is at 8.15 am at the Tonale Pass ski area. Here we will meet the Alpine Guide and the rest of our small group. We will then carry out an equipment check and a short briefing about the activity and the route.
Before we start in the off-piste environment, we will do some trial runs so that the guide can assess our level of preparedness. After that, we'll go in search of the less-travelled trails to ski in total freedom on fresh snow.
We'll take it one step at a time, gradually developing techniques on simple off-piste stretches to more complex and challenging ones. We will learn the technique of descending on different types of snow, in the wonderful natural scenery of the Trentino mountains.
About halfway along the route, we will stop for lunch and to recover our energy. We will have the choice of eating a packed lunch (not included in the fee) or stopping at a local refuge.
We will return to the starting point by 16.00 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is aimed at everyone, even those trying off-piste skiing for the first time. The only requirement is good skiing technique on all slopes.

Attention! Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time of the activity.
The activity is bookable from January to April, subject to weather conditions, and is confirmed with a minimum of 4 participants.
Important: the activity is subject to weather and snow conditions. Contact the guide the day before to confirm the meeting point and start time (you will receive his contact details after booking).
Theequipment (off-piste skis or soft board or telemark skis, poles and helmet) is not included in the participation fee. However, it is possible to hire it at the facility or in affiliated shops at a reduced cost.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed-date booking and the weather conditions are not suitable for safely carrying out the activity (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be fully refunded. The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
