It is located in the famous La Maddalena Archipelago, yet only a few have visited it. You can do the same by taking part in our gozzo tour: you will land on the island for anexcursion on foot in the company of an official tourist guide, to discover the area and its attractions.
Anexperience of over 3 hours, exploring an amazing corner of Sardinia!
What we will do
The rendezvous is 15 minutes before 14:30 at the meeting point in La Maddalena (SS). We will be welcomed by the skipper and the tour guide, who will welcome us on board the wooden gozzo!
Once all the passengers have been boarded, navigation will begin and we will reach theisland of Santo Stefano in a few minutes. We will initially sightIsolotto Roma and the area known as Villa Marina.
We will then land on our walking excursion: we will visit the characteristic granite quarry and the scenic Statue of Ciano; we will finally reach two forts that will give us a panoramic view of the La Maddalena Archipelago, Palau, Porto Rafael and the island's Fish Beach. During the excursion on foot, we will cover about 2 km on dirt road in 40 minutes; we will be accompanied by a tour guide who will tell us anecdotes and curiosities about the area and its attractions.
We will return on board, continuing our exploration by circumnavigatingSanto Stefano Island and skirting the old NATO base; we will then pass by Porto Palma, to admire the colourful kites of the sailing centre. During the navigation, we will be able to enjoy food and drinks brought from home, stored in an igloo on board.
We will finally return to the meeting point. The experience will last a total of 3½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 8 and up; children under 18 need not be accompanied by an adult.
The boat is not wheelchair-accessible.

Attention! There are no bathroom breaks on this excursion.
The experience takes place in April, May, June, September and October and is confirmed when the minimum number of 5 participants is reached.
Theitinerary may vary according to sea-weather conditions at the skipper's discretion.
Theboat is a 9.5-metre-long wooden gozzo equipped with an inside cabin, sundeck, awning, shower and ladder. No shoes are allowed on board the boat, you remain barefoot. Dogs are allowed on board subject to notification of their presence by contacting the skipper at the contact details given in the booking confirmation e-mail.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
