Trust me, this is no ordinary sunset, but a sunset seen from the sea in Alghero. And yes, it makes all the difference!
The ancient city walls are tinged with gold, the coastline is reflected in the calm waves and, just as the sun touches the horizon, you are toasting with a glass of chilled vermentino next to theislet of La Maddalenetta.
Enjoy this 2-hour traditional gozzo experience, perfect for relaxing, swimming and admiring the city from the most 'wow' viewpoint of all!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in Alghero (SS).
Awaiting us will be the skipper and environmental guide, who will accompany us on our excursion aboard a traditional gozzo.
We will begin our navigation skirting the iconic walls of Alghero, admiring them as the light of sunset makes them even more fascinating. We will continue until we reach the waters off the Maddalenetta islet, a small jewel to the south of the city.
Here we will make a stop of about an hour, during which it will be possible to swim or relax on board while enjoying the view. In the meantime, we will toast with a glass of fresh vermentino, accompanied by savoury snacks such as olives, taralli, chips or peanuts.
We will end the tour by slowly walking back towards the port, with the city lit up by the last lights of the day. The activity will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for ages 5 and up; children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The boat is not accessible to wheelchairs or persons with reduced mobility.
It is preferable to inform the organisers of the presence of pregnant women: contact them at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail.

The activity takes place from May to October and is confirmed with a minimum number of 2 participants.
The itinerary and stops may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
Theboat used is an 8-metre gozzo, equipped with an awning, cushions, a freshwater shower, a platform and an ascending ladder. No shoes are worn on board.

Dogs are not allowed on board.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
