Full description
Have you never visited Calabria and want to spend a day discovering its beauty? Join a 4-hour gulet tour and visit the mythical Scilla.
Drive along the coastline and past the fishermen's village of Chianalea, Favazzina, Bagnara and finally Cala Janculla, among fantastic views and refreshing dives.
And of course you can't miss a lunch on board with typical products! What are you waiting for?
What we will do
The rendezvous is 10 minutes before 10 a.m. at the meeting point at the port of Scilla (RC).
Once all participants have gathered, we will set sail aboard the gulet and sail north, discovering the coastline of the Costa Viola.
We will sail past the fishermen's village of Chianalea and then on to Favazzina, one of Scilla's hamlets, with its beaches and coves (some of which are only accessible by sea) and its crystal-clear waters.
We will then head towards Bagnara and walk along the very long beach that stretches for over a kilometre, from Monte Cucuzzo to Torre Ruggero.
We will move towards the area of Palmi, more specifically to Seminara, where there is Cala Janculla, whose beach was elected by Legambiente as one of the most beautiful in Italy. A 30-minute bathing stop is planned here.
To make this excursion even more special, we will enjoy a good lunch on board: a choice of swordfish sandwich or swordfish steak with salad, accompanied by water, wine and coffee.
We will finally return to the starting point at approximately 14:00 hours. The experience will last about 4 hours in total.

The activity is open to everyone, without age limits.
The boat is not wheelchair-accessible, but people with mobility difficulties are welcome on board: please contact the organisers at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to request boarding support.

The activity is available from May to October and is confirmed with a minimum number of 5 participants.
Theitinerary may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
The boat at your disposal is a 12-metre gulet with a large sunbathing area, toilet, tables with seating, bar service, freshwater shower, stern ladder, and sunshade awning. Also on board is snorkelling equipment, a stereo with microphone, wi-fi connection and USB socket.

In case of minor food allergies and intolerances, please contact the organisers at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email for alternative options. Unfortunately, it is not possible to offer alternatives in cases of celiac disease.
Small and medium-sized animals are allowed on board.
The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport. There are free and/or paid parking spaces on site.

If you have made a fixed-date booking and the weather conditions are not suitable for safely carrying out the activity (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be fully refunded. The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
