Full description

Natural swimming pools with a white seabed, an enchanting islet emerged from the turquoise sea and a rock that, with a little imagination, takes on the appearance of a turtle.

Where is this paradise? In the Gulf of Capo Coda Cavallo, a pearl of Sardinia just waiting to be discovered with a boat trip.

In half a day you can take a dip in the wonderful Molara Natural Pools, explore theisland of Tavolara with the beautiful Cala Farfalle, and listen to legends about these places from the skipper.

What are you waiting for? Let yourself be enchanted by the hidden wonders of Sardinia!

What we will do

The meeting point is Porto Ottiolu (SS), where our boat will be waiting for us. Once all participants have settled on board, the skipper will set sail forProratora Island.

The islet is located right in front of the Gulf of Capo Coda Cavallo and will provide us with an exciting first swimming stop. We will dive into a suggestive inlet, characterised by a sea cave accessible by boat.

Once back on board, we will resume sailing towards the Molara Natural Pools, which can only be reached by sea. We will thus be able to bathe in the transparent waters during the second 30-minute bathing stop.

The excursion then continues in the direction ofTavolara Island, along a coastline characterised by sheer cliffs. Making the tour even more interesting will be the maritime legends of these places.

When we arrive at our destination, we will land at the Tavolara jetty for a third stop of about 30 minutes and let ourselves be conquered by the green, blue and azure waters of the island. The skipper will then take us to the Spiaggia degli Scogli Piatti, also known as'Cala Farfalle', where we will stop again for a swim and to take some souvenir photos with a characteristic turtle-shaped rock in the background.

The last stop on the tour is the Gulf of Capo Coda Cavallo. We will approach Cala Brandicchi, but without mooring, and enjoy one last swim before returning to the starting point.

The excursion lasts a total of about four and a half hours.

Who it is aimed at

The tour is suitable for everyone, with no age limit.
