Full description
When you think of Palermo, what comes to mind? Good food? Its colourful markets? Or sea, sea and more sea!
Hop aboard a dinghy and set off on an unforgettable half-day tour along Palermo's coastline. You will admire some of the most precious pearls of the area, from the Bay of Mondello to the Capo Gallo Reserve, from the Grotta dell'Olio to theIsola delle Femmine.
What are you waiting for? Dive into the crystal-clear waters and admire the coastline while enjoying an aperitif at sunset!
What we will do
The appointment is 20 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in Palermo (PA).
We will set sail from the jetty next to the historic Villa Florio, which we will be able to admire from the sea, to immediately reach the first stop: the Queen's Grotto. According to legend, Caroline of Austria used to relax here in a natural pool carved out of the rock. The cave's openings create spectacular plays of light: it will also be the perfect place for the first dive of the day.
Skirting the Addaura Reserve, we will admire the imposing mountains overlooking the sea, until we reach the beautiful Mondello Bay. Here we will stop for a regenerating swim and be served fresh seasonal fruitaccompanied by refreshing drinks.
We will then push on to the Capo Gallo Nature Reserve to explore the spectacular Grotta dell'Olio, accessible only by swimming or canoeing. Inside, a dome more than 10 metres high frames the crystal-clear water, through which a ray of natural light creates breathtaking blue reflections. Here, a new moment of bathing and wonder awaits us.
The last stop of the day will be the enchanting Isola delle Femmine, part of a nature reserve. Here, admiring the sun setting over the horizon, we will enjoy a delicious aperitif of Sicilian specialities or a platter of cold meats and cheeses, accompanied by an excellent wine, for a sunset that will make this a truly unforgettable experience.
Finally, we will return to our starting point in Palermo. The activity will last a total of 7 hours.

The boat is not wheelchair-accessible.

The activity is available from May to September and is confirmed with a minimum of 4 participants.

The venue is easily accessible by public transport and has a large car park.
You will be on board a 9.20 m long and 3.15 m wide dinghy that is brand new and equipped with every comfort, including shower, toilet, refrigerator, sundeck and awning. A SUP board and snorkelling kit are also available on board.
