Half-day quad bike tour in the Monte Grappa reserve

If the only thing you know about Veneto is spritz, come to Romano d'Ezzelino and discover the beauty that the Monte Grappa nature reserve has to offer with this quad bike excursion!

Give yourself half a day to immerse yourself in the nature of the Pedemontana Veneta and reach an altitude of 1,200 metres on a 55 km loop route. The fun of riding the quad bike on mountain dirt roads will combine with the bucolic atmosphere of the Vicenza hills to create a perfect balance.

What we will do

We will meet 30 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Romano d'Ezzelino (VI), where our guide will be waiting for us. Before venturing out to explore the Vicenza hills, we will have a briefing of about 15 minutes during which we will familiarise ourselves with the quad bike during a few test rid es in a square.

Ready to depart, we will ride through the streets of the town and then immerse ourselves in nature. Together we will explore the Pedemontana Veneta area, passing through vineyards, canals and streams. We will continue the excursion, venturing along the slopes of Monte Grappa until we reach an altitude of 1,200 metres: this area has a varied and rich vegetation that has earned it the title of'UNESCO Nature Reserve'!

During the ascent, we will cover 10 km of asphalted roads and then tackle around 30 km of real mountain dirt road , enjoying the view of fascinating landscapes. Adding to the beautiful scenery will be the fun of driving the quad bike and exploring the area together with our fellow adventurers.

The loop route will end with 10 km on asphalt leading back to the starting point. The quad bike excursion will last 4 ½ hours; the total experience will last 4 hours and 45 minutes.

Who it is aimed at

The driver must be at least 18 years oldand hold a B licence or an equivalent international driving licence valid in Italy. The passenger must be at least 8 years old.

The driver and passenger together must reach a maximum weight of 140 kg. Quads that can carry a maximum weight of 180 kg are available for which there is a surcharge of €20.00 per quad to be paid on site: contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to make your request.

This experience is of an easy level and suitable for a first quad bike excursion; a minimum of strength is required to handle the quad bike.

Other information

The activity is available all year round and will be confirmed when the minimum number of 4 booked quads is reached.

There is free parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

The duration of the excursion may vary depending on the number and experience of the participants.

The driver and passenger, if both hold a B licence or foreign equivalent, may swap driving during the excursion.
