Dive into the blue. .. twice!
On this half-day snorkelling tour from Sorrento, you'll explore the Punta Campanella Marine Protected Area and stop at Baia di Ieranto and Cala Mitigliano to snorkel with a marine biologist.
Put on your mask and snorkel and set off on an adventure!
What we will do
The appointment is at the time indicated on the calendar, at the meeting point in Sorrento (NA) . Awaiting us will be the skipper and the marine biologist who will accompany us on our excursion. After a brief presentation of the staff and an introductory briefing, we will receive our snorkelling equipment (wetsuit, mask, fins and snorkel) .
Once we are ready, we will set sail in an inflatable boat to the wonders of the peninsula. While sailing, we will admire the rugged coastline and hear fascinating explanations about the marine species in the area. The first stop will be at the Bay of Ieranto, one of the most beautiful inlets on the coast, where we will stop for snorkelling! Below the surface, we will observe caves, sponges, madrepores, sinking shores, posidonia, fish, molluscs and much more.
And after some underwater exploration, we will re-board the boat to relax and enjoy refreshments of sweet or savoury snacks (chips or biscuits) and water.
The second dive spot will be Cala di Mitigliano, which will give us a fantastic view of Capri and, in the depths, posidonia prairies (one of the most important marine environments to be protected) . This will be the perfect opportunity to ask the biologist questions and satisfy our curiosity!
At the end of the second snorkelling session, we will conclude the experience by returning to the starting point.
The activity will last a total of 4 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for ages 8 and up; children under 18 can only participate if accompanied by a responsible adult.
To participate, you must be in good health and able to swim.
The boat is not accessible to people in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility.
Other information
The activity takes place from May to October. The itinerary and stops may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
The boat used will be a 7. 5-metre or 9. 5-metre dinghy, equipped with a canopy and ladder. On board one stays without shoes.
In the event of food allergies or intolerances, please inform the organisers in advance at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail.
Dogs are not allowed on board.
On-site parking spaces are available for a fee. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
