Full description
Freeride paradise exists, but it is hidden where the lifts don't reach: among the wild peaks of Valgrisenche.
Aboard a helicopter, you will have the privilege of crossing the boundaries of the beaten track to immerse yourself in a legendary adventure:heliskiing. You will use your private helicopter to reach altitudes of over 3, 000 metres, landing directly on the ridges where the air is thinner and the snow is pure powder. From here, a freeride descent awaits you, where you will be the one to draw the line on seemingly endless slopes.
At your side will be a UIAGM-certified mountain guide, a professional who knows every secret of the glacier and who will carefully accompany you on this incredible half-day experience.
What we will do
The meeting point is 45 minutes before the time indicated in the booking in Valgrisenche (AO) . Here you will meet your mountain guide who, after checking the necessary equipment, will give you a detailed briefing on the experience, safety procedures and the itinerary.
When everything is ready, you will board the private Sierra Alfa AS350 helicopter, available to transport a maximum of 4 people plus guide and pilot. The scenic flight takes about 6-10 minutes and will give you an incredible view of the most rugged and spectacular peaks of the Graian Alps.
Once you have landed at altitude, the most eagerly awaited part will begin: the freeride descent. The landing site will be chosen to find the best route, depending on the snow conditions and the technical level of the participants. From here on, you will ski on immaculate slopes, far from everything, surrounded only by the silence of fresh snow.
At the end of the activity, you will return to the starting point in time for lunch. The experience lasts a total of about 4 hours, the ideal time to enjoy the mountain to the fullest and then relax while commenting on the lines you have just skied.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for all skiers and snowboarders with an intermediate to expert level. It is necessary to be able to ski down the black slopes safely and to have some off-piste skiing experience.
To participate, the minimum age is 16; minors must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
