Discover thefascinating world that lurks beneath the water's surface with asnorkelling excursion in Catania and reach the city's most striking reef spots.
Dinghy along the coastline and dive with mask and flippers into the clear waters of Catania, admiring the sea creatures and brightly coloured seabed.
You don't need to be a great swimmer, but you do need to have the desire to explore the sea, and the rest will be taken care of by the expert guides who will accompany you on the excursion.

What we will do
We will meet at the small port of Ognina, in Catania (CT) and after a short briefing we will be ready to board the dinghy to reach the 3 most enchanting spots of Catania's coastal area, in each of which we will stop to dive into the water and snorkel.
We will cross the crystal-clear sea observing the marvellous Ulysses' Caves and theCyclops archipelago, and then delve into the marine dimension using mask, fins and snorkel (included in the participation fee).
We will spend 3 hours relaxing, having fun and enjoying the beauty of the sea, returning to the marina with a luggage full of emotions!
Who it is aimed at
The activity is open to everyone aged 4 and up. It is not necessary to be an experienced swimmer, you just need to have a good aquatic ability.
Other information
The activity is available from May to October and is confirmed with a minimum of four participants.
The participation fee includes a complete snorkelling kit (mask, fins and snorkel) and in colder periods a wetsuit is also included.
The guide will provide floats in case of need.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
