Rent a 5.50 m, 40 hp dinghy with your company of up to 7 people to sail the sea of Sardinia!
Without a licence, you can venture into the Gulf of Cagliari: among the most beautiful beaches you can reach are Calafighera, Calamosca and the Poetto Beach. Not to mention the natural wonder of the Grotta dei Colombi!
The rental will last half a day (4 hours) or a full day (8 hours) depending on the option selected at the time of booking.
What we will do
I will be waiting for you 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Cagliari (CA). On your arrival I will hand over the boat and provide you with the necessary information to navigate safely.
The boat is a BWA dinghy, 5.50 metres long, with a Mercury 40 HP engine that allows a maximum speed of 25 knots. The dinghy is equipped with an ergonomic dashboard complete with all the necessary controls for easy and intuitive navigation with a comfortable padded seat that can become a sunpad and a protective windshield; on board there is also a sunshade, padded cushions, and a ladder for climbing up.
You can venture into the Gulf of Cagliari without a licence. Discover the main natural attractions such as Capo Sant'Elia, Calamosca, Calafighera, Poetto Beach and Grotta dei Colombi. Sailing along the coast, you will get as far as Mari Pintau!
The charter will last 4 hours (half day) or 8 hours (full day), at the end of which you will return to the meeting point.
Who it is aimed at
The driver must be at least 18 years old; it is possible to drive this boat without a licence.
The passenger has no age limit. The boat is not wheelchair-accessible, but persons with reduced mobility may contact the charterer at the contact details given in the booking confirmation e-mail to report their presence and request support during boarding.
Other information
Rental is available from March to November.
When booking, you can choose the duration of the rental by selecting the "half-day" (4 hours) or "full-day" (8 hours) option.
Fuel is not included and will be paid on site on return to port; the dinghy is delivered with a full tank and on return it must be refilled according to the fuel consumed. On return to the harbour, the boats will be checked and the amount to be charged for any damage will be quantified; photos will be taken at the time of hire.
Please note that footwear is not permitted; participants remain barefoot on board the dinghy. The boat is not accessible to dogs.
Please remember to bring ice for the cooler, which is provided on site.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is very flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
