If you're looking for the most relaxing experience of the summer, this is it: you, a dinghy, the Salerno sea, and no one to tell you what to do.
To hire theOp Marine you don't need a boat licence or to be a sea dog: all you need is a desire for freedom and a few friends (up to 6 people) to share the sundeck with. The dinghy is spacious, fuel-efficient and equipped with everything you need for a perfect day: awning, shower, USB socket and - yes - even the possibility of bringing your dog.
What we will do
The meeting is at theport of Salerno, at least 10 minutes before the time chosen during the booking process. After a briefing on the safety and operation of the boat, you will set sail independently on board the dinghy.
TheOp Marine 19, 6 metres long and powered by a 40 HP engine, is approved for a maximum of 6 people. It offers plenty of space to relax, with two comfortable sundecks at the bow and stern, awning for shade, deck shower, swim ladder and USB socket to keep your devices charged at all times. An icebox for keeping food and drinks cool is also available on request. Consumption is low (around 12 l/h), so you can enjoy your day without worries.
Once you are ready, you and your group can sail along the Campania coast, with the freedom to explore spectacular views and stop wherever you like: for a dip, a break in the sun or a lunch overlooking the sea.
At the end of the charter, you will return to the port of departure to check-out and return the boat.
Who it is aimed at
The minimum age required for chartering is 18, while there is no age limit for passengers.
A licence is not required to drive this boat.
The boat is wheelchair-accessible.
Other information
The activity is bookable from May to October. When booking, you can choose the formula that suits you best:
- Half-day (9:00 - 13:00 or 14:00 - 18:00) - not available in July and August
- Full day (9:00 - 18:00)
Fuel is not included in the rental price. The dinghy is delivered with a full tank and the actual consumption will be calculated on return. The fuel payment must be made on site, in cash or by credit card.
Small dogs are allowed on board.
No deposit required: you will simply be asked to hand in an original identity document as security.
The meeting point is easily accessible by public transport; free and paid parking spaces are available on site.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is last minute. You get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
