The perfect day out for your Sicilian holiday?
Easy: sun, sea and a dinghy of your own.
In San Vito Lo Capo you can rent Scarlett, a comfortable and nippy 6-metre dinghy that does not require a licence. Get on board with whoever you want(up to 7 people) and go wherever your instinct takes you: coves, dives, relaxing under the awning and maybe even a nap in the sun.
What we will do
The rendezvous will take place at the meeting point in San Vito Lo Capo (TR), 15 minutes before the time indicated at the time of booking.
You will be welcomed by the rental staff, who will have you sign the rental contract before leaving the mainland and heading out to sea! You will be on board the 6 m longScarlett dinghy with a 40 HP engine, complete with all the comforts: cushions, awning, Bluetooth speakers, freshwater shower and ladder for climbing up; on request, you can also request an icebox to keep your drinks cool.
In a short briefing lasting about 10 minutes, you will be given some indications on safety rules and will be given a nautical map of the Zingaro Nature Reserve, which you can consult during navigation and take home with you after this experience.
The staff will point out local attractions and intrigue you with some travel stories about the Zingaro Reserve, which, with its 7 coves, is one of the most iconic destinations on the Sicilian coast. During your excursion, you will have swimming access to some beautiful coves, including a few pearls in the area of the Faraglioni of Scopello.
Finally, depending on the option selected at the time of booking (half-day or full-day), you will return the dinghy to the starting point.
Who it is aimed at
The chartering and driving of the boat is for adults only. A boat licence is not required.
Passengers of all ages are welcome on board.
The dinghy is not wheelchair accessible. Persons with reduced mobility may contact the organiser in advance at the contact details given in the booking confirmation e-mail to request assistance with boarding.
Other information
Rental is available from June to October. It is necessary to return the boat by 18:00.
Fuel is not included and must be paid on return according to consumption, in cash or by card.
Small dogs are allowed on board.
Food and drinks may be brought on board.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport; free parking spaces are available on site. There is a small refreshment stand at the meeting point.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
