Stay in a holiday home and quad bike excursion with barbecue in the Picentini Mountains

On the Picentini Mountains, in the province of Avellino, a one-night stay in a holiday home awaits you, designed for those who love nature but don't give up the adrenaline rush.

The package for 2 people includes: quad bike excursion with final barbecue, overnight stay in a studio apartment and breakfast. Get ready to hit the gas!

What we will do

The appointment is at 19: 00 at the meeting point in Bagnoli Irpino (AV) . On arrival you will be welcomed by the staff and taken to your holiday home, located about 700 metres from the tour venue, where you can arrange your luggage before the experience.

You will stay in a studio apartment equipped with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and bidet. The accommodation also has free Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning and heating, linen and towels, a courtesy kit, a hairdryer and free parking in front of the building.

Around 20: 30, you will return to the venue to leave for the guided quad bike excursion, which lasts about 1 hour. On board a 4x4 quad bike , you will drive through evocative places such as the Witches' Forest, the Brigands' Lair, the Valley of the Kings, the Samnite Necropolis, and the Grotto of San Guglielmo, on a route of about 20 km that will include stretches of asphalt and dirt road.

Back at the base, the most convivial moment of the evening will await you: the barbecue. You will be able to choose between a meat menu (bruschette and grilled meat trio) or a vegetarian menu (grilled scamorza cheese, melted caciocavallo cheese and grilled vegetables) , accompanied by water and wine.

Dinner will end around 10 p. m., at which point you will be taken back to your accommodation. The following morning you will wake up at a leisurely pace and, thanks to the side-by-side transfer, reach a local café for breakfast included.

Check-out time is around 10: 00 am.

The experience is aimed at 2 persons over 18 years of age.

The driver must hold an AM or B licence; equivalent foreign licences are accepted.

The experience is of an easy level and suitable for a first time quad rider.

The experience may take place in the company of other participants. During the excursion driver and passenger can swap driving if both have an AM or B licence. The organiser has at its disposal 6 quads with 50 cc or 250 cc displacement; with an AM licence it is possible to drive 50 cc vehicles while with a B licence it is possible to drive 250 cc vehicles.

Vegetarian alternatives are provided for dinner, while options for people with food allergies and intolerances, e. g. celiac disease, cannot be guaranteed. To request a vegetarian alternative, please contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email.

The fee does not include tourist tax of €5 per person, payable locally.

Dogs are allowed. During the quad bike excursion, small and medium-sized dogs can participate on board the quad bike together with their owners. Large dogs, however, will be transported on the guide's side-by-side.

There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.
