Fall in love with a new discipline or cultivate your passion with our horse riding lesson in Verona!
A 1-hour experience with an instructor, for all levels: if you are a beginner you will learn the basics of horseback riding and if you are an intermediate you will experience all the horse's gaits.
All just a few kilometres away from the centre of one of Italy's most romantic cities!
What we will do
I will be waiting for you 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Verona (VR). I, your riding instructor, will be there to welcome you to the riding school!
After an initial welcome, I will accompany you to get to know the horse with which you will participate in the lesson. You will begin to approach him on the ground, taking care of the horse's grooming.
Once you have made friends with your companion, I will help you get on the saddle with an American mount and we will begin the riding lesson. If you are a beginner, I will teach you the basics of riding: you will learn how to get on and off the horse as well as how to start, brake and steer it. If you are an intermediate, I will help you improve your technique in the saddle and you can test yourself with trotting and galloping.
The lesson will last approximately 1 hour.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 7 and up; children under the age of 18 must be accompanied to the riding school by an adult.
A maximum weight of 100 kg is required to participate in this activity.
This excursion is of an easy level and suitable for a first riding lesson.
Other information
The experience takes place from January to December.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
Companions can stay at the riding stables where a refreshment point is available. Leashed dogs are allowed at the riding stables; please contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to inform them of your presence.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
