Full description
Participate in a riding lesson immersed in the beautiful Umbrian countryside, in the province of Perugia.
Thanks to the teachings of an expert guide , you will get in tune with the horse, first with a theory lesson and then with a walk in the woods of Panicale.
An ideal experience for beginners, but which also offers the possibility for experts to improve, learn jumping techniques or the art of dressage.
What we will do
The appointment is in Panicale, in the province of Perugia. Here theinstructor will be waiting for you, who will introduce you to the splendid Bardigiano horses of the riding school that you will be preparing to ride.
The course will consist of a theoretical lesson, in which the basics of riding will be explained, and a practical lesson, in which you will ride the horse. Each phase will last approximately half an hour.
During the first phase you will get to get in tune with this sweet animal. You will learn how to use the brushes properly and, in the meantime, your guide will show you how to approach the horse.
Once you have gained confidence, you will be able to get on the English saddle and lead the horse on the sandy field surrounded by greenery, from which you will be able to admire a wonderful panorama of the Umbrian hills. The instructor will always be with you to correct you and improve your technique, and if you wish, towards the end of the lesson, you can ride for a while in the Perugia woods.
If, on the other hand, you have already ridden a horse, you can choose whether to learn to jump obstacles, be taught the discipline of dressage or simply improve your technique.
The total duration of the experience is approximately onehour.

The activity is aimed at everyone and is particularly suitable for those who have never ridden a horse before.
The minimum age to participate is 8 years. The maximum weight for participation is 100 kg.

You must arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before the time selected during the booking process.
Lessons are individual. However, you may come with a person of your same level to do the lesson together. To take the lesson with two people, please select 2 participants when booking.
Classes are held every day except Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Important: the guide will contact you a day or two before the activity to collect some necessary information.
The riding is in English.
