You simply can’t resist Nonna Deanna.
Just as you can’t resist her chestnut tortelli, mushroom soup and chicken baked under a brick. You’ll be able to sample all of this during your stay in Santa Fiora: the package includes accommodation with breakfast and dinner, featuring traditional dishes that have been delighting guests since way back in 1965.
A 1- or 2-night stay, with all the comforts of home!
What we will do
Check-in is from 3. 00 pm to 7. 00 pm at the meeting point in Santa Fiora (GR). You will be staying in a family-run 3-star hotel, which has been welcoming guests at the foot of Monte Amiata since 1965.
At reception, you will be given the keys to your classic room: this features a double bed with bed linen, a smart TV, a private bathroom with shower, towels, toiletries and a hairdryer; the room also has a small balcony furnished with a table and chairs. The accommodation is equipped with heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
In the evening, you will take your seat in the hotel’s dining room for dinner: the menu includes 1 first course, 1 main course, 2 side dishes and 1 dessert of your choice from the daily menu; drinks are not included. The restaurant serves traditional dishes such as chestnut tortelli, mushroom soup and chicken baked under a brick, all prepared according to Nonna Deanna’s recipes.
The following morning, you’ll wake up to a sweet and savoury buffet breakfast, featuring homemade specialities.
If you have booked the 2-night option, the programme will be repeated the following day.
Check-out is by 10. 30 am.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
