Hydrospeed on the Brenta River in the province of Vicenza

Have you ever heard of hydrospeed?

It is a water sport activity that consists of navigating a river with a water bob, full of adrenaline and fun. And that's exactly what awaits you in Solagna, participating in our hydrospeed experience on the river Brenta.

A2-hour adventure, to feel at one with nature!

What we will do

The appointment is 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Solagna (VI). We will be welcomed by the Guide of the Italian Hydrospeed Association, who will accompany us on this adventure!

Having gathered all the participants, we will receive and put on our equipment. We will then board the shuttle that will take us to the starting point of the experience, about 10 km away. Once at the destination, a short theory lesson will take place, followed by water exercises, preparatory to a carefree experience.

And here we are ready to begin our descent by water bobsleigh down the Brenta river: we will face the rapids, merging with the waves, until we feel part of the river. An immersive experience of nature, fun and adrenaline! A guide will always be at our side, to provide us with eventual and constant support.

After travelling approximately 10 km, we will land and return to the meeting point. The experience will last a total of 2 hours.

Who it is aimed at

The experience is suitable for ages 14 and up. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult.

Swimming skills are required to participate.

The experience is of medium difficulty and recommended for athletes and/or skilled swimmers.

Other information

Attention! The experience takes place even in bad weather: with or without rain, you will still come out wet from this fun rafting descent!

The experience takes place from March to October and is confirmed once a minimum number of 4 participants has been reached.

Changing rooms, toilets and hot showers are available on site. There are also bars, picnic areas and equipped barbecue areas (for a fee).

Any personal belongings must be stored in your vehicle in the private car park. The keys to your vehicle will then be left for safekeeping at reception.

Free parking is available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

Recommended clothing

• Costume to be worn under a wetsuit
• Microfleece or t-shirt (technical, thermal or anti-uv preferably not cotton) to be worn under the wetsuit
• Closed shoes that can get wet (sneakers, rock shoes or diving shoes, no sandals or flip-flops)

Don't forget to bring

• Towel and/or bathrobe
• Spare clothes
• Spare shoes
• Bag for storing wet clothes
