Hydrospeed is an innovative discipline that consists of travelling along stretches of river carried by the current while lying on a sort of 'river bob' protected by a thick neoprene wetsuit and wearing fins in order to manoeuvre.
In recent years, this activity has become very popular, especially among lovers of living water and adventure. The simplicity of Hydrospeed's handling makes it a discipline suitable for everyone and allows for very exciting downhill stretches even with little practice behind one's back.
This activity, in particular, is designed for those who have never tried Hydrospeed and who want to experience the river from a new perspective!
What we will do
After a short theoretical lesson, we carry out practical 'finning' tests in calm water and then proceed to the first guided descent on a section of the river Noce in Trentino.
During the descent, you travel about 4 to 5 km through rapids of medium difficulty. There are numerous stops to catch one's breath, and participants are accompanied by an experienced instructor for the duration of the activity. It will be a unique and exciting experience!
The river stretches chosen for the descent may vary during the season depending on the water level of the river. The instructor will also take care of choosing the best route in consideration of the participants' swimming abilities. In any case, the activity lasts approximately 2.15 hours including preparations, theory and transport. The descent into the water has an actual duration of 1 hour.

This activity is of an easy level and can be done by anyone with a good feeling for water.
The minimum age to participate is 18.

This activity is bookable from May to September and is confirmed when there are at least 4 participants.
All technical equipment for hydrospeeding is provided by the instructors: full 5 mm neoprene wetsuit, life jacket, helmet, hydrospeed, neoprene socks, adjustable fins.
Photos of the experience can be purchased if desired, remember to ask the instructor before starting the activity! The cost is 15€ per group.
Compulsory clothing: long-sleeved tight T-shirt, swimming costume, socks.
