Full description
Spend a whole day discovering the most fascinating and adrenalin-pumping winter discipline of all,ice climbing.
Put on your boots and crampons, pick up your ice axes and put yourself to the test by climbing some of the most beautiful waterfalls and vertical ice walls in the Trentino Dolomites, with the help of an expert Alpine Guide.
The course is specially designed for those approaching this world for the first time. You will learn climbing techniques, safety and the use of all the necessary tools.Ice climbing will have no more secrets for you!
What we will do
The meeting with the Alpine Guide is at 6 a.m. in the province of Trento. From here we will move with our own vehicles or - in the case of small groups - with those of the organisation, to reach one of the many icefalls in the Trentino Dolomites.
Once at the site, we will have a theoretical lesson on ice climbing, in which the basics of this discipline will be explained to us, including handling on frozen ground and risk reduction systems.
We will then move on to the practical part: we will try to climb the impressive ice wall for the first time with the aid of ropes and a harness, following the guide's instructions.
The activity will last about 9 hours - including a break for a packed lunch - and will end with the return to the starting point with the guide.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is aimed at everyone from the age of 12, even those approaching the discipline of ice climbing for the first time. It is necessary to be in good health and have a good predisposition for physical activity.

The activity is bookable from December to March, weather permitting, and is confirmed when a minimum of 4 participants are reached.

If you have made a fixed-date booking and the weather conditions are not suitable for safely carrying out the activity (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be fully refunded. The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
