Did you really think you needed a boat licence or a captain’s budget to enjoy Alghero’s most beautiful coves? Spoiler: you’re way off the mark!
Leave the beach crowds behind and hop aboard a 4. 8-metre Gommonautica inflatable. With an easy-to-handle 40 CV engine, brand-new cushions and an awning for shade, it can carry up to 3 people.

What we will do
Please arrive 30 minutes early at the meeting point at Alghero harbour. The staff on site will welcome you and your group and, once you’ve completed the registration formalities, will provide you with a paper map showing the routes and key rules. Before setting off, you’ll have a full briefing and a short 5–10-minute test run to familiarise yourself with the controls.
The 4. 8-metre Gommonautica inflatable is designed to ensure comfort and practicality: it seats up to three people and features a sun awning, cushions, a ladder to climb back on board after a dip , and a shower to rinse off the salt. Everything you need for a carefree day at sea!
Once on the water, you’ll be spoilt for choice: head for the crystal-clear waters of Capo Caccia, explore the unspoilt coves of Porto Conte, or stop off at the golden beaches of Lido di San Giovanni. Any bay can become your ‘private beach’ for a few hours.
At the end of your hire, you’ll return the dinghy to the starting point. When booking, you can choose whether to hire the dinghy for half a day (4 hours) or a full day (8 hours).
Who it is aimed at
A boating licence is not required to drive the dinghy, but you must be at least 18 years old. Passengers of any age are allowed on board.
The boat is not accessible to persons with mobility problems.
Other information
It is possible to hire the dinghy every day. When booking, you can choose whether to rent the boat for half a day (4 hours) or afull day (8 hours). You must return the boat by 18:00 hours.
Please note! Much of the coastline falls within the Porto Conte Regional Natural Park and theCapo Caccia Protected Marine Area - Isola Piana. In these areas, navigation is only permitted in certain areas and with speed limits; in others, it is forbidden to enter, anchor or snorkel/fish. On-site staff will give you a paper map with detailed explanations of the areas you can visit.
Fuel is not included and must be paid on return according to consumption.
No deposit is required.
Small dogs are allowed on board.
The meeting point can be reached either by public transport or by car; there is free parking on site.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
