At the seaside, there are two options. You can either stay put on the same sun lounger for hours, or set off on an adventure.
If the second sounds more appealing, the Sacs 500 is the one for you: agile, easy to drive even without a boat licence, and ideal for groups of up to 5 people.
Hire it in Alghero and enjoy 4 or 8 hours of freedom along one of Sardinia’s most beautiful coastlines!
What we will do
Please arrive at the meeting point in Alghero (SS) at the time specified. There, the staff will hand over the dinghy to you and explain everything you need to know about operating it and the safety regulations.
The Sacs 500 is 4. 9 metres long and fitted with a 40 hp Yamaha engine; it can be driven without a boat licence. On board you’ll find a spacious bow sundeck, a handy awning to shelter you from the sun and a metal ladder to help you climb back on board easily after a swim.
Once ready, you can set sail and plan your own route along the coast of Alghero. You can head towards the spectacular cliffs of Capo Caccia, explore the crystal-clear waters of the Porto Conte Marine Protected Area, or stop at the area’s most beautiful coves for a swim.
At the end of the experience, you will return to the starting point to hand back the dinghy. When booking, you can choose between 4 and 8 hours’ hire.
Who it is aimed at
A boating licence is not required to drive the dinghy, but you must be at least 18 years old. Passengers of any age are allowed on board.
The boat is not wheelchair-accessible.
Other information
You can hire the dinghy from May to October. When booking, you can choose to hire the boat for half a day (4 hours) or a full day (8 hours). You must return the boat by 8. 00 pm.
Dogs are allowed on board.
Please note! Fuel is not included and must be paid for upon return based on consumption (in cash or by card) . No deposit is required.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
