Have you heard of Jet Surfing before? It is a water sport that combines elements of traditional surfing with those of jet skiing.
Thanks to a motorised board, it allows you to fly standing on the water at great speed and without the need for waves. And the great thing is that, unlike a jet ski, you don't need a licence to use the board, thanks to its lightness and ease of use.
Come and try this experience in Letojanni: it will be 60 minutes of pure fun!
What we will do
The meeting is in Letojanni (ME), where the instructor is waiting to introduce us to the world of Jet Surfing.
Before launching ourselves into the water, we will participate in a 10-minute theoretical briefing during which the instructor will give us all the necessary information about the board and teach us how to pilot it. We will then learn how to stand up on the board and how to manoeuvre it.
We will also have the opportunity to choose between petrol-powered and electric boards. The instructor will explain the differences between the two options, helping us to choose the one best suited to the type of experience we wish to have.
Once the theoretical briefing is over, we approach the most eagerly awaited moment: thein-water experience with jet surfing. We will head out to sea, ready to put into practice what we have learned. The instructor will help us position the boards on the water, giving us the final tips.
And then... we're off! We will experience the thrill of standing fast on our jet surf, surrounded by the wonderful panorama of Taormina and Letojanni.
During the 50 minutes in the water, the feeling of freedom will be total; it will be like surfing, but with the added power of the motor that allows us to move freely, regardless of sea conditions.
The activity lasts about 1 hour in total, including a briefing.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is open to everyone, aged 7 and up. The only requirements are being able to swim and weighing no more than 90 kg.
For children under the age of 18, written parental authorisation is required.
Other information
The activity is held daily from May to November.
Changing rooms, showers and toilets are available on site and staff take care of any personal belongings during the activity.
Accompanying persons are welcome and can stay at the bar or on the beach with umbrellas and sunbeds, where they can wait in relaxation for the activity to end.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
