Take advantage of your holidays in Sardinia to learn to kayak and enjoy peaceful paddling in the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Marinella, just a few kilometres from Olbia and Porto Rotondo.
With one or more individual private lessons with an experienced instructor, you will learn how to paddle safely and correctly. Choose whether to book a single 1-hour lesson or a package of 3.
What we will do
You will meet your instructor at the surfing and sailing school on Marinella beach, near Olbia, Porto Rotondo and Golfo Aranci. Having handed over your kayak and life jacket, you will be ready for the lesson.
The instructor will teach you the basic concepts of navigating at sea and the movements to use for smooth and efficient paddling, so that when you are independent in handling the kayak you can enjoy wonderful excursions along the coast and reach coves and beaches inaccessible by land.
When booking, you can choose a 1-hour single lesson or a 3-lesson package.
Who it is aimed at
Private kayaking lessons are open to participants of all levels, aged 5 and up. Swimming skills are compulsory.
Other information
This activity is bookable from April to October, subject to weather conditions.
If you purchase the 3-lesson package, you will agree on the date and time each time.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
