An experience combining kayaking and snorkelling will be the perfect opportunity to discover what lies above and below the surface of the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Tigullio.
All you have to do is reach Riva Trigoso, on the Ligurian coast, and climb aboard a comfortable kayak: the green and majestic promontory of Punta Manara and the Baia dell'Oro are waiting for you to experience extraordinary moments together.
In a 2½-hour tour, you will learn to paddle through the waves of the sea before beginning an exciting observation of the seabed, among fish and underwater vegetation. So, are you with us?
What we will do
We will meet 10 minutes before the indicated time at Riva Trigoso, a small hamlet of Sestri Levante (GE).
We will begin with a short technical and cognitive briefing, during which we will also receive information on the underwater plants of this stretch of Ligurian coastline. We will learn a few tricks to effectively use the kayak and paddle , and will be shown the masks to use during snorkelling.
So here we are ready to paddle the Ligurian waters: together with our guide, we will set sail for the Baia dell'Oro, a gem set between the Cinque Terre and Portofino, in a Special Area of Conservation that is home to 80% of the Mediterranean's marine biodiversity.
After paddling, we will dock in a hidden, unspoilt cove, from which we will enter the water with our professional masks equipped with snorkie talkies to keep us in communication as we swim and discover the world underwater.
A little later we will finally return, between one paddle and another, to our starting point on the beach at Riva Trigoso. The activity lasts a total of 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from 6 years old and up, but knowing how to swim is required.
The minimum age required to paddle independently is 14 years old. Younger children(6 to 13 years old) may board a double kayak with an adult without paddling, but can then participate in the snorkelling activity.
Other information
The tour is available from April to September and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
The meeting point is also easily accessible by public transport. On-site parking is available for a fee.
There are 6 double kayaks and 8 single kayaks for a total of 20 participants maximum. In addition, it provides a changing room as well as activity-specific equipment.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
