Kayak tour along the Amalfi Coast with snack

The Amalfi Coast like this, you've never seen it.

How? By kayak, joining our excursion from Amalfi: venture out in the company of a local guide, who will tell you tales and curiosities about the attractions encountered along the way. And fully 'immerse' yourself in this natural setting during a swimming and snorkelling stop with snack.

A 3-hour experience, discovering this corner of Campania!

What we will do

The appointment is 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Amalfi (SA). We will be welcomed by the guide who will accompany us on this kayaking adventure!

Once all participants have gathered, theequipment will be handed over and an introductory lesson will take place: the guide will explain the various paddling techniques, for a carefree experience.

And finally, our kayaking excursion will begin: we will venture out to discover the Amalfi Coast, passing by theNatural Arch, the Villa of Sophia Loren, and the Santa Rosa Monastery. We will reach the Conca dei Marini, to land at the nearby Le Marinelle beach: here we will be served a snack (included) of melon "di pane" or other fresh fruit according to availability, and will have about 30 minutes to stop for a swim and continue exploring by snorkelling.

We will then head towards the tip of Conca dei Marini, which will give us a panoramic view of Praiano, Positano, Li Galli and the Faraglioni rocks. We will paddle to the Grotta del Runghetiello, whose name derives from a local fish to which a curious legend is linked. Our last stop will be the Grotta di Sant'Andrea, one of the largest on the entire Amalfi Coast, which we will access by kayak. Throughout the excursion, the guide will not fail to provide information, stories and curiosities about the attractions encountered along the way!

After paddling for 9 km, we will finally return to the meeting point where a debriefing of the experience will take place. The kayak excursion will last 3 hours; the total experience will last 3 ½ hours.

Who it is aimed at

The experience is suitable for ages 12 and up; children under 18 will participate together with an adult on board a double kayak.

A maximum weight of 100 kg is required to participate.

Swimming skills are required to participate.

The experience is not recommended for people with mobility problems, people with back problems, people with heart or other ailments, people who suffer from seasickness, women who are six months pregnant.

Other information

The experience takes place from May to October. The duration of the excursion varies depending on the number and experience level of the participants.

On-site parking is available for a fee; the meeting point can be reached by public transport.

The centre has single kayaks and/or double kayaks available: you can communicate your preference but allocation will be at the guide's discretion.

There is a changing room with shower, toilet and storage for personal items on site. On site there is a lido with an affiliated restaurant: contact the guide at the contact details given in the booking confirmation e-mail for more information.

During the excursion, souvenir photos of the experience will be taken in digital format and shared with participants via e-mail.
