Full description
Discover the beauty of the Porto Torres coastline in Sardinia from a new perspective and enjoy a day-long kayak tour in the company of an experienced guide. Paddling along the coast, you will appreciate the erosion work of the limestone rocks, the result of the action of the sea and the Mistral wind.
Enveloped in the wonderful silence offered by the kayaks, you can visit the numerous caves, inlets, small sand tongues and the renowned stone arch: authentic works of art of Sardinian nature.
What we will do
The meeting is at 8.30 am at the beach in Porto Torres (SS). Here we will have a short briefing to hand over the equipment and some information on paddling techniques and safety rules.
Around 9.30 a.m. we will take our places in our double kayaks and head out of the bay to start skirting the coastline and its beauty. Next, we will stop at Balai beach, which is truly enchanting thanks to its emerald-coloured sea framed by the green vegetation of the bay.
We will continue paddling along the coast to visit its countless caves, until we reach the halfway point where we will find thestone arch, inside a small inlet that enhances its beauty.
After the customary photos, we will continue on to the small church of San Gavino and then arrive at Farrizza beach. This will be our final stop, where we can take a break for a swim and refreshments. Having regained our strength, we will retrace our route back to the starting point.
The total duration of the activity will be 6½ hours, with 3 hours of actual paddling.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is open to everyone from the age of 18. Previous experience in kayaking is not necessary.
Other information
The activity is available all year round, every day, except in May when it only takes place at weekends.
The minimum number of participants is 3.
The excursion is conducted exclusively in Italian.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is strict. You get a full refund if you cancel within 15 days from the activity start date. Within 14 and 8 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
