Discover with us the most beautiful sights overlooking the Bay of Naples on akayak excursion.
Paddle in peace on the sea to discover the Neapolitan city from a different perspective and enjoy a privileged view of the monuments and seafront.
Thanks to the indications we will give you before leaving, you will learn the best paddling technique to carry out the activity in complete safety. A relaxing tour to discover so much beauty and to get away for a few hours from the temptation to taste all the city's delicacies!
What we will do
The appointment is at the meeting point in Naples, at the time agreed at the time of booking. First we will have an introductory lesson of about 30 minutes in which we will learn how to paddle in the most efficient way.
When we are ready, we will start our tour. We will move out onto the sea, gliding across the water aboard the kayak and passing the city's most beautiful sights. As I paddle on the SUP with you, I will share with you some interesting facts about what we will see.
We will encounter elegant villas and majestic palaces, such as Palazzo Donn'Anna, Villa Martinelli, Villa Lauro, Villa Volpicelli, Villa Rosebery, Villa Maria Pia, Palazzo degli Spiriti and Villa Imperiale.
But not only monuments, also many natural wonders will keep us company along the way, such as the Underwater Park of Gaiola with its two islets that jut out a few metres from the Posillipo coastline and the Bay of Trentaremi, a treasure chest of beauty surrounded by nature. We will pass by the Grotta Romana, the Baia del Cenito and the Pietra Salata rock, which enjoys a privileged view of Posillipo.
We will also stop on the Spiaggia delle Monache or at Villa Lauro to rest surrounded by breathtaking scenery. If you chose the "tour + aperitif" option when booking, you will be able to enjoy a delicious aperitif including a glass of wine, snacks and chips.
The experience will last a total of 2 hours, including about 1.5 hours of touring , and will end at the meeting point.
Who it is aimed at
The tour is suitable for everyone from 8 years of age; children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Swimming skills are required to participate in the experience.
Other information
The experience takes place from April to November and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants. The itinerary may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
At the meeting point there is a changing room with a shower and a locker where you can leave your belongings. You will, however, have a watertight bag to store any personal belongings you wish to take with you on the tour.
The centre has both single and double kayaks available.
When booking, you can choose the"tour + aperitif" option if you would like to enjoy a tasty aperitif during your stop, including a glass of wine, snacks and chips.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
