Join akayak excursion on Lake Gerosa, in the shadow of the Sibillini Mountains. In the company of an expert guide, you will discover an artificial lake nestled between hills, canyons and mountains and paddle along a stretch of the Aso river.
A2-hour adventure combining nature, discovery and relaxation!
What we will do
We will meet 10 minutes before the indicated time at Lake Gerosa (AP).
We will be welcomed by our guide, who will provide us with the necessary equipment: kayak, paddle and life jacket. After introductions and a briefing on basic paddling techniques and safety, we will be ready to set off.
We will board a kayak from the beach and begin the excursion by paddling up the Aso River for about 1 km. We will enter a narrow and picturesque gorge, a small natural canyon hidden among the hills. After exploring this stretch, we will turn back towards the lake and visit its ravines, paddling along its banks.
Along the way, we will admire the dam wall and the Marche countryside to the east, while to the west the Sibillini Mountains, with their imposing profiles, will stand out before us. The navigation will allow us to discover ever-changing views and enjoy the tranquillity of the place.
At the end of the approximately 5 km tour, we will return to the beach from where we started. The activity will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable from 1 year of age; children under 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The total weight per kayak must not exceed 250 kg; each kayak can carry 2 adults and 1 child under 8 years of age.

The activity takes place from April to September and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
The organiser has 5 triple kayaks, which can carry 2 adults and 1 child under 8 each. A maximum of 10 adults and 5 children under 8 can therefore participate.
No showers, changing rooms or secure storage for personal belongings are available at the meeting point. Each kayak is equipped with a watertight hatch for storing small items.
Itis possible to participate with your own dog.
There are free roadside parking spaces on site; the meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.
