This is no ordinary ladder, but a ladder with a capital S!
Get ready to paddle in front of the natural wonder that is the Scala dei Turchi during a 2½-hour kayak tour. In the company of a guide, you will explore the Agrigento coastline by sea, with the possibility of stopping and snorkelling.

What we will do
The meeting point is 15 minutes before the indicated time in Realmonte (AG). We will be welcomed by our guide, who will provide us with all the necessaryequipment: kayak, paddle, life jacket (compulsory), mask and fins (subject to availability), waterproof bag and mobile phone case.
After a briefing of about 10 minutes on the use of the equipment and the safety rules to be observed during the experience, we will enter the water to familiarise ourselves with the kayak. Finally, the guide will explain the route we will follow and we will be ready to set off on our adventure!
Paddling eastwards, we will reach the bay in front of the Scala dei Turchi. Along the way we will admire natural pools, enchanting landscapes and transparent waters, which will allow us to catch a glimpse of the seabed.
We will make a stop of about 30 minutes at the 'do Zitu e da Zita' rocks and take the opportunity to do some snorkelling. In addition, from this point we will enjoy a privileged view of the Scala dei Turchi, an imposing white marl cliff that falls sheer to the sea.
On the way back, the guide will make us stop at another vantage point from which we can appreciate the beauty of the Realmonte coastline. Finally, after alast swim, we will return to the starting point.
The activity will last a total of 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 16. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
To participate, it is necessary to be able to swim and have a minimum of physical activity aptitude. The double kayak has a maximum total weight of 220 kg.
The activity is not accessible to pregnant women.
Other information
The activity is available from June to October and will be confirmed upon reaching a minimum of 2 participants.
The itinerary and snorkelling stops may vary depending on weather conditions and participants' abilities.
No changing rooms, showers or secure storage for valuables are available on site. However, a waterproof bag will be provided to each pair of participants and a waterproof phone case per person.
The organiser has 4 two-seater kayaks, for a total of 8 participants.
Photos and videos of the activity will be taken with GoPro and sent via WhatsApp free of charge.
It is possible to participate with a small dog, but no life jackets for animals are available.
On-site parking is available for a fee and the meeting point cannot be reached by public transport. Up to a maximum of 4 people can request a transfer service from Agrigento or neighbouring areas: for more information contact the guide at the contact details in your booking confirmation email.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
