Forget the noise of the city: here, the only soundtrack will be the sound of the paddle hitting the water! If you’ve always dreamt of exploring nature, this kayaking tour in the Cilento National Park is just the thing for you.
You’ll glide for about an hour across the calm waters of Lake Oasi Alento, in Prignano Cilento, surrounded by a landscape of extraordinary biodiversity.
What we will do
We’ll meet 15 minutes before the scheduled time at the meeting point in Prignano Cilento (SA). Our guide will be there to welcome us and accompany us on this adventure in the heart of the Cilento National Park.
Before setting off, we’ll be given all the necessary equipment (kayak, paddle and life jacket) , as well as useful instructions on how to enjoy the excursion safely.
We will then climb into our kayaks and begin paddling on the calm waters of Lake Oasi Alento, surrounded by the unspoilt natural beauty of the area. Along the way, we’ll enjoy a unique vantage point from which to observe the park’s rich flora and fauna, whilst the guide shares interesting facts and details about the local ecosystem.
There will be no stops for swimming, as swimming in the lake is not permitted. We’ll be able to take photos and videos to capture memories of the excursion: the guide will be happy to take a few shots with your phone.
At the end of the excursion, we’ll return to the starting point. The activity will last a total of 1 hour.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is suitable for everyone aged 10 and over. Children may take part if accompanied by a parent in a double kayak or with written authorisation.
To take part in the activity, you must be able to swim and weigh less than 90 kg per person.
Other information
The programme runs from April to September.
At the meeting point, there are toilets and an unsupervised storage area for personal belongings, which is locked by staff.
Dogs are allowed inside the park, but they cannot take part in the kayaking experience.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
