Try kitesurfing for the first time, one of the most addictive water sports ever, with a private one-hour lesson in Frigole, along the Adriatic coast of Puglia.
In the company of an experienced instructor, you will learn the basic movements of kitesurfing, such as piloting the kite while balancing on the board without falling off. If, on the other hand, you have already been kitesurfing, the instructor will help you solve your critical issues and advance your level.
You can book the lesson individually or in pairs. Whichever you choose, it will be an exciting activity that you will remember for a long time!
What we will do
The appointment is at the Molo 13 in Frigole, in the province of Lecce. On arrival we will be welcomed by the instructor, who will provide us with the complete equipment to carry out the activity (included in the participation fee). The lesson will begin with a brief introduction to the main aspects of the kite and of the board, after which we will move on to the practice.
To make it easier to learn the piloting technique, the kite supplied will have shorter lines shorter than the standard ones (it will be about 10 metres). This will allow us to easily handle the kite and learn the basic movements.
For those who already have experience, the instructor's task will be to overcome the difficulties encountered and learn more advanced techniques. The lesson has a total duration of one hour.
Who it is aimed at
The lesson is suitable for everyone over the age of 14 and is aimed at those who have never tried kitesurfing or those who want to improve one or more aspects of the sport.
No specific skills are required, the important thing is to weigh at least 40 kg.
Other information
The activity can be booked throughout the year, weather permitting, and can be done individually or in pairs.
For beginners, the lesson will be held on the beach.
