Try kitesurfing, one of the most addictive water sports ever, for the first time with a private one-hour lesson in Frigole, along the Adriatic coast of Puglia.
In the company of an experienced instructor, you will learn the basic movements of kitesurfing and how to fly the kite while keeping your balance.
You can book the lesson individually or in pairs. Whichever you choose, it will be an exciting activity you will remember for a long time!
What we will do
The meeting is at Molo 13 in Frigole, in the province of Lecce. Upon arrival we will be welcomed by the instructor, who will provide us with thecomplete equipment to carry out the activity (included in the participation fee).
The lesson will begin with a brief introduction on the main aspects of kite flying and tiller flying, after which we will move on to practice. To facilitate learning the technique of piloting, the kite provided will have shorter lines than the standard ones (it will be about 10 metres). This will allow us to handle the kite with ease and learn the basic movements.
We will learn to explore the entire wind window, beginning to manage its safety zones independently, but also the more exciting ones that can generate traction!
The lesson lasts one hour in total.
Who it is aimed at
The lesson is suitable for everyone over the age of 14 and is aimed at those who have never tried kitesurfing. No specific skills are required, the important thing is to weigh at least 40 kg.
Other information
The activity can be booked all year round, weather permitting, and can be done individually or in pairs.
The lesson will be held on the beach.
