Full description
You may have practised wing foil, but have you ever triede-foil?
Take part in our e-foil lesson with an instructor in the province of Gorizia, designed for beginners: after a theoretical lesson on land, immediately put into practice what you have learnt in the water on your electric board. Unlike the wing foil, you won't have to manage the sail: in no time you will master the e-foil and be applauded by your companions on the shore.
The duration of the lesson can vary depending on the number of participants, starting at 30 minutes per participant.
What we will do
I will be waiting for you at the meeting point in Grado or Marina Julia (GO). To welcome you there will be me, the instructor of your first e-foil lesson!
We will begin with a 15-minute theory lesson on land, during which I will teach you how to practice the discipline safely, how to handle the remote control and how to become familiar with the equipment.
You will then practice what you have learnt in the water: first lying down, then sitting, then kneeling and finally standing; you may fall in the water, but each time you get back on the board you will master it more and more.E-foil, unlike wing foil, does not involve the use of a sail: this makes it easier to learn and suitable for beginners.
Finally, we return to the meeting point with a new sport to tick off on our check-list. The duration of the lesson may vary depending on the number of participants, starting at 30 minutes per participant.
Who it is aimed at
The lesson is suitable for everyone from the age of 16; children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who signs a liability release form.
No previous experience is required to participate; this experience is suitable for beginners.

The experience takes place from May to August, depending on weather and sea conditions.
The meeting point of the experience could be in Grado or Marina Julia; the organiser will contact you 1 day before the experience to communicate the exact meeting point.

The duration of the lesson may vary depending on the number of participants (1 person 30 minutes, 2 people 1 hour, 3 people 1 hour 30 minutes, 4 people 2 hours).
Accompanying persons are welcome on the beach, from where they can watch the lesson.
