Come and discover Wing Foil with a basic lesson at Anzio!
Thanks to the advice of an experienced instructor and the ideal conditions of this stretch of Latium coastline, you will learn the basics of one of the most exciting water sports ever.
In a 1-hour lesson, alone or in pairs, you will experience the basic movements and feel the thrill of gliding over the water with board and wing, harnessing the power of the wind.

What we will do
The appointment is on the Latium coast near Anzio (RM), at the time selected when booking. You will be welcomed by theinstructor, ready to provide you with all the necessaryequipment (foil, board, wing, life jacket) to begin your adventure in the world of Wing Foil.
We will start with a short theoretical introduction on the beach: we will talk about wind, balance and wing handling. The instructor will explain how to hold the wing in different conditions and how to control its power in order to glide over the water safely.
Afterwards, you will enter the water with him to try 'pumping', the essential technique for developing power and unloading it onto the board to lift it up.
As you gain confidence, the instructor will guide you inlearning the first movements, helping you to find the right balance and perceive the wind as a true allied force. After a few attempts, you will start to feel the board lift up: you will literally feel as if you were... flying on the surface of the water!
The lesson lasts about 1 hour in total.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is at an easy level and suitable for everyone from 8 years old and up. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
Although it takes place in shallow water, you must be able to swim and be comfortable with the water (a buoyancy aid vest will be provided). No previous experience is necessary.

Attention! Please arrive approximately 30 minutes before the start of the activity.
The activity can be booked all year round and is reserved for groups of 1 to 2 participants.
During the activity, any accompanying persons can wait at the bathing establishment with a bar and restaurant.
At the end of the lesson, you will be sent complimentary photos of your experience.
