Learn to sail by participating in our sailing lesson in Neptune!
In the course of a 3-hour experience, you will learn the basics of sailing and participate in life on board following the teachings of a skipper.
There will be no shortage of professional tricks to complete your transformation into the sea wolf of the Roman littoral!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the meeting point in Nettuno (RM). We will be welcomed by the skipper who will come on board with us and accompany us on this sailing experience!
After the necessary introductions, we will be ready to cast off our moorings and excited to head out into the open sea. We will head towards Torre Astura or Anzio. When the wind blows, we will start sailing and the skipper will begin to teach us the basics of sailing: we will learn the technical jargon of navigation, learn how to handle the anchor and position the sails.
He will not fail to tell us a few sailing tricks to become real sea wolves!
We will finally return to the meeting point, with a new knowledge and a new passion. The experience will last a total of 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 12 and up; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
The boat is not wheelchair-accessible.
Other information
The activity is available from March to May and in October and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 4 participants.
On-site parking is available for a fee. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
Theboat is a sailboat; the organiser has several sailboats that he uses according to availability. On board the boat you remain barefoot, no shoes are allowed. Dogs are not allowed on board.
