Put yourself to the test with a one-hour kitesurfing lesson in Monte di Procida.
The instructor will follow you step by step to enable you to get the most out of this fun and adrenaline-pumping sport. In kitesurfing you harness the power of the wind, towed by a large kite (kite) and with the board at your feet, to glide over the water and perform acrobatics.
Entering the water is not recommended during a first lesson, because you will have to learn how to move the bar, how to handle the sail and how to position your body and more. In this case, it is a first practice on the beach, which serves you to understand how to move the sail in order to take advantage of the wind and increase your speed.
This first approach will be enough for you to fall in love with this spectacular and exciting sport!
What we will do
The appointment is at the time selected when booking in Monte di Procida (NA), where I will be waiting for you for our lesson with a maximum of 2 students.
This is a personalised lesson, during which we instructors will be at your complete disposal to explain the technical steps, answer your questions, correct incorrect movements, and so on.
Approaching and getting hooked on kitesurfing is easy, because it is a sport that immediately enthuses those who practice it. However, a few lessons are necessary before entering the water.
This first approach involves a trial run on land on the beach, during which you will learn how to handle the sail. That is, you will understand how to orient the sail towards the direction from which the wind is blowing and how to move the boom (tiller) and position the body.
The lesson lasts approximately one hour.
Who it is aimed at
The lesson is open to everyone over the age of 18. Being able to swim and not being prone to heart or physical problems are required.
The activity is mainly intended for beginners, but you can also book if you already have kitesurfing experience or if you are at an advanced level and want to improve your technique. In the latter case, we advise you to contact the guide to specify your starting level (you will receive contact details by email with your booking confirmation).

The activity is scheduled throughout the year, subject to weather and sea conditions.
Caution. Kitesurfing is an activity strongly influenced by weather and wind. A few days before the activity, the guide will contact you to confirm the feasibility of the experience and the timetable.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
Small dogs are allowed on the beach.
Changing rooms and showers with hot water are available on site.
