Sometimes following the current has its benefits. Especially if it takes you straight to the beach at Capoliveri on Elba Island, as in this case!
During this private windsurfing lesson, you and theinstructor will be a close-knit team: he'll put in the experience, you'll put in the will to rock.
In just over 1 hour , you'll learn how to stand on the board, tack without falling off and - above all - get to grips with the wind. Yes, even if you have never touched a sail in your life!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the meeting point in Capoliveri (LI), on theIsland of Elba. Waiting for you will be theinstructor, ready to welcome you and explain how the lesson will unfold.
After a technical briefing of about 15 minutes, you will put on your equipment and move with him to the sea area most suitable for the day's conditions.
Here you will begin your practical lesson in the water, lasting about 1 hour. You'll learn how to balance on the board, steer the sail, set off, tack and maybe even snatch a few glides - all to the rhythm of the waves (and your laughter).
Theinstructor will be with you at all times, ready to follow you around with a board and give you personalised advice according to your level of experience.
At the end of the lesson, you will return to your starting point. The experience will last a total of about 1 hour and 15 minutes .
Who it is aimed at
The activity is recommended from 8 years of age. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied to the meeting point by an adult.
It is not necessary to know how to swim, but good aquatics skills are required for the experience.
The private lesson is adaptable to one's level of experience, but is also suitable for those seeking a first windsurfing experience.
Other information
The activity is available from March to October and is reserved for individual participants or couples.
On-site parking is available for a fee. The meeting point can also be reached by public transport.
There are showers (hot and cold), changing rooms and toilets at the meeting point. Personal belongings can be left in a secure common storage room.
Any accompanying persons can wait at the meeting point and use the beach facilities and bar-restaurant.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
