Would you like to learn theart of windsurfing in one of the most beautiful places in Sardinia? Then we have just the thing for you.
In a one-hour lesson in Stintino you will learn how to glide across the water on a board equipped with a sail and try your first evolutions.
Don't worry if you have never tried it before: an instructor will follow you step by step and provide you with state-of-the-art equipment. Stintino with its clear and calm waters offers ideal conditions for learning this exciting sport!

What we will do
The appointment is at the beautiful beach of Stintino (SS ) at the time selected during the booking process. Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by an instructor and receive all thenecessary equipment: life jacket and windsurf board.
The lesson will start with a theoretical part of about 10-15 minutes, during which you will learn the basics of windsurfing and how to use the wind in your favour. You will then switch to the land-based simulator to learn the correct position on the board and the first movements.
Then it's time to get into the water: under the instructor's supervision, you'll put what you've learned into practice, enjoying the unique sensation of gliding over the water using only the force of the wind. During the 45 minutes in the sea, you will be surrounded by a true natural paradise, where the calm and incredibly clear water reflects the blue sky.
The lesson will last about 1 hour in total.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from 5 years of age. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied on site by a parent or responsible adult.
It is not necessary to know how to swim to participate in this activity.
Other information
The class can be booked every day from April to October.
The venue can be reached by public transport and there is a pay car park on site. On site there are showers, toilets, changing rooms and a secure room where you can store your personal belongings during the activity.
Accompanying persons are welcome to stay at the bar/restaurant or relax on the beach.
In the colder months, wetsuits can be requested free of charge.
