Forget 'follow your heart': follow the wind - it doesn't miss a beat.
And trust me, if it brings you to the Capoliveri beach, it is no accident: this is where your windsurfing adventure begins!
During this 1 hour and 15 minute group lesson, you will discover how to stand on a board, how to handle the sail without letting it pull you down... and above all how to have fun right away, even if you are starting from scratch!
An instructor will always be with you and the rest of the group, ready to correct you, motivate you and make you shout, "More!"
What we will do
The rendezvous is at the selected time at the meeting point in Capoliveri (LI), on theIsland of Elba, where the beach has sandy bottoms and calm waters.
We will be welcomed by our instructor, who will guide us step by step through our first windsurfing experience.
After a quick 5-10 minute introduction on the beach, we will start with some theory: we will learn to recognise the parts of the sail and board, understand where the wind comes from and how to use it to our advantage.
After that, we'll get into the water: we'll go through 1 hour of practice where we'll try to set the sail, keep our balance, and maybe even tack! Theinstructor will follow us directly into the water with a windsurf board or from the boat, depending on the size of the group.
At the end of the lesson we will return to the shore and share laughs, falls and successes directly on the beach. The experience will last about 1 hour and 15 minutes in total.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is recommended from 8 years of age. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied to the meeting point by an adult.
It is not necessary to know how to swim, but good aquatics skills are required.
The lesson is of an easy level and is also suitable for a first windsurfing experience.
Other information
The activity is available from March to October and is confirmed when there are at least 3 participants.
On-site parking is available for a fee. The meeting point can also be reached by public transport.
Showers (hot and cold), changing rooms and toilets are available at the meeting point. Personal belongings can be left in a secure common storage room.
Any accompanying persons can wait at the meeting point and use the beach facilities and bar-restaurant.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
