Would you like to experience the thrill of gliding across the water, guided by a sail that resembles the elegant wings of seagulls?
Join a one-hour wing foil lesson in Dervio, on the shores of Lake Como. This fun and easy-to-learn sport will have you gliding across the water while balancing on the board and manoeuvring the inflatable sail.
Pushed by the breeze, you will have an exciting experience, a perfect balance of adrenaline and pure fun. What are you waiting for?
What we will do
The meeting is at Dervio (LC), on Lake Como, where our instructor will be waiting for us.
The first part of the lesson will be devoted to a theoretical explanation of safety rules and how to use the sail and board.
Following us will be an instructor recognised by both CONI and the Italian Sailing Federation (FIV).
After about 20 minutes of theory, we will be ready to enter the water. We will equip ourselves with a life jacket and helmet equipped with a radio, which will allow us to communicate with the instructor while in the water.
We will never be alone: the instructor will be on board a boat that will follow us during our adrenaline-filled wing foil test. In this way, we will be able to fully enjoy the 40 minutes in the water and the thrills of this sport.
The total duration of the lesson is approximately one hour.
Who it is aimed at
The lesson is aimed at everyone from 8 years of age and over 40 kg.
It is not necessary to know how to swim, just to be comfortable in the water.
Other information
The activity is held from May to September every day of the week.
At the venue, changing rooms, a bathroom, shower and an area for leaving personal belongings are available for participants.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport, while those arriving by car can use the pay car park.
