Full description
There are those who walk on water. And then there are those who'fly on water'.
If you take part in our wing foil lesson, you'll be part of the second team. Yes, because our wing foil instructor says that's exactly the feeling you get aboard the foil board, gliding in the Gulf of Gaeta. Thanks to his teaching on land and in the water, you can experience it too!
An experience lasting a total of 1.5 hours, also suitable for a first approach to the sport.
What we will do
I will be waiting for you 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Formia (LT). You will be welcomed by me, your wing foil instructor!
Upon your arrival, I will hand over theequipment and provide you with all the information you need for our wing foil lesson.
The lesson will be partly theoretical and partly practical and will take place partly on land (approx. 20 minutes) and partly in the water (approx. 40 minutes). I will teach you how to manoeuvre the inflatable wing and steer a board with a dinghy, and then venture into the water with a foil board and practice the first manoeuvres you learn. As an instructor, I will constantly give you directions and advice via transceiver. Before you know it, you'll be gliding over the Gulf of Gaeta!
We will then return to the meeting point. The lesson will last 1 hour; the experience will last 1 ½ hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 12 and up; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
This activity is at an easy level, suitable for a first wing foil lesson.

The experience is available from April to November subject to weather conditions at the organiser's discretion.

One wing foil instructor per group is provided.

The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

In the summer period, a bathing service is available that includes a sunbed, parasol and bar service.
