Experience the thrill of flying over the water in style by taking our wing foil lesson in Monte di Procida.
You will discover a new and fun sport that combines the best of windsurfing, kitesurfing and surfing in a unique and exciting experience. And don't worry if you are new to this world - the lesson is suitable for all levels, from beginners looking for the thrill of their first time to enthusiasts who want to perfect their technique.
In 60 minutes you will learn how to glide over the surface of the water effortlessly and with just the use of a light wing and a surfboard. Join us and discover the pleasure of flying over the waves... the sea is waiting for you!
What we will do
The appointment is at the time selected during the booking process in Monte di Procida (NA), where, as your instructor, I will be waiting for you for our lesson with a maximum of 2 students.
You will immediately become familiar with the equipment, namely the inflatable sail and the foil board, similar to a surfboard. It is the latter that is the real star of this wonderful sport, as it will allow you to rise above the surface of the water and glide effortlessly to the surface!
There will be a preliminary part on land, during which you will learn how to grip and manoeuvre the wing and how to change direction. The wing will be tied to your wrist by a leash and is very light and easy to manoeuvre. It is precisely the wing's lightness that makes it easier to handle both movements and equipment.
After that, you will be ready to enter the water. In the second part of the lesson, we will continue to handle the wing and receive from the instructor all the indications that will enable us to understand the movements and balances to get the wing foil board off the ground.
At the end of the one-hour lesson, it will be difficult to leave the equipment thinking that you have had a unique experience: wing foil is a very addictive sport!
Who it is aimed at
The class is open to everyone over the age of 15. Ability to swim and no heart or physical problems required. Children under the age of 18 may also participate unaccompanied by an adult, but must bring a signed parental authorisation.
The activity is mainly intended for beginners, but you can also book if you already have kitesurfing experience or if you are at an advanced level and want to improve your technique. In the latter case, we advise you to contact the guide to specify your starting level (you will receive contact details by email with your booking confirmation).

The activity is scheduled throughout the year, weather- and sea conditions permitting.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
Small dogs are allowed on the beach.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
