Try a fun new aquatic discipline: the wing foil! Aboard your board, you can glide over the water while holding aninflatable wing that allows you to be carried along by the propulsive force of the wind.
Wing foil is a sport that takes some techniques from kitesurfing and others from windsurfing. With the wing foil course in Ostia , you will discover how beautiful it is to ride the waves.
The activity is aimed at neophytes and beginners: choose how many hours of lessons to follow to learn how to fly over the water like a seagull.
What we will do
The wing foil lesson takes place in Ostia. Once you have reached the meeting point, the instructor will hand you thecomplete equipment and before starting will give you a briefing on the course of the lesson.
We will first proceed to assemble the wing and carry out some practice on land of the inflatable wing.
We will carry the complete equipment into the water and get on the board to experience the thrill of gliding over the crest of the waves. Initially, we will remain on our knees, then, when we have gained confidence, we will stand up and try to glide over the water.
We will have a lot of fun between water falls and balance tests. The duration of the experience can be 1, 2 or 3 hours, to be chosen at the time of booking.

This activity is for everyone and is easy and you do not need to have experience with other water sports.
The minimum age to take part in the courses is 8 years and it is necessary to know how to swim.

The activity takes place all year round, subject to weather and sea conditions. The meeting point varies depending on the time of year you intend to do the activity. Please check the booking confirmation email for the exact address to which you should go.
In the winter period, the facility has hot showers and changing rooms. During the summer period it is possible to use the showers on the beach. During the winter period you can use the facility's free car park, while in summer you can park near the seafront.
