So why not treat yourself to this light lunch based on traditional dishes together with a wine tasting?
Valpolicella Classica, Ripasso, Recioto, Amarone and even a glass of bubbly: at the DolceVera wine cellar you won't want to miss a thing!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the DolceVera Winery, in the setting of the Valoplicella Classica in the province of Verona. We will be welcomed by our guide, who will immediately take us outside the winery for a walk through the vineyard.
We will then continue with a tour of the winery, which is spread over three floors. On the ground floor we will explore the vinification area, after which we will descend to the basement to visit the barrel cellar and bottling area.
Finally, we will take a seat in the large living room with fireplace or on the panoramic terrace overlooking the vineyards for lunch. The menu will consist of an appetiser with local cured meats, a first course of lasagne , and finally, sbrisolona cake for dessert.
The courses will be paired with 5 glasses of local wine, such as Valpolicella Classico, Ripasso and Amarone, as well as a Charmat Method sparkling wine.
The experience will last about 2 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for 18 year olds and above. The wine tasting is reserved for adults only. Any accompanying under-age persons may participate in the experience subject to prior notification and the price is on request.
The facility is not wheelchair-accessible.

The experience is available all year round, and is confirmed for a minimum number of 2 participants.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
